The company Autoverwerung Brun AG was founded in 1986 by Walter Brun in Ettiswil (LU).

Recycling and environmental protection

At a time when resources and raw materials are becoming increasingly scarce, processing, recycling and proper disposal are important tasks for our society but also for us as a company.

Every car is a storehouse of recyclable materials. A car consists of more than 70% metals. Steel, aluminum, copper, lead and precious metals are recovered from end-of-life vehicles. In many cases, they already replace primary resources as secondary raw materials and protect the environment.

By using used car spare parts, we make a valuable contribution to environmental protection, in particular to the conservation of resources.

In our car recycling department, old and accident vehicles are professionally dismantled in an environmentally friendly manner in accordance with current legal regulations. In this way, many reusable spare parts are removed and recycled. Thus we have a large spare parts stock of engines, transmissions, control units, axles, distributors, ignition coils, exhaust systems, body parts, etc. just everything that is built into a car.
